We have been working with the team at inico DIGITAL since 2017 when the need arose for us to convert our traditional training content to an eLearning format. Since then, we have developed a great relationship with the team at inico DIGITAL and appreciate their creativity and guidance throughout the development process.
The team answer any questions or queries we have promptly, and all milestones are met on time. inico DIGITAL have developed numerous online training courses for us which have resulted in a wider geographic reach. Many of the modules have interactive activities and challenges which keep our learners interested and motivated. I look forward to working on our next course with the team at inico DIGITAL.
Due to restrictions in place as a result of Covid-19, we had to move our training online to make sure all of our customers were properly equipped to keep up to date with training on all functionalities of the Elemental core platform. Working alongside inico DIGITAL they created a brilliant 'Online Learning Academy' which was a huge success with all our customers.
The inico DIGITAL team went over and above for us making sure the academy was up and running as fast as possible as well making sure the Academy and the content was easy to understand and usable. We continue to use the Academy now as our main training tool, thanks to inico DIGITAL team who were so effective and a pleasure to work with.
