1. Who we are

DAMGEO LTD is a software company based in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. We design and develop how i work, a careers guidance and employment support platform.

We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

2. What we collect

This is a brochure website. There are no accounts and no login. We collect personal data in only two situations.

• When you use our contact form. We collect your name, email address, the organisation you enter if you choose to, the topic you select, and the content of your message.
• When you consent to analytics cookies. We collect anonymous information about how the site is used, such as pages visited and general location at country level.

We do not collect special category data through this website, and we do not ask for financial information.

3. How we use it

• To read and reply to your enquiry
• To keep a record of correspondence relating to a potential or existing contract
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it, where you have consented to analytics

We do not use your information for automated decision making or profiling, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website, under contract and only as needed.

• Formspree processes contact form submissions and delivers them to us by email
• Our website host stores and serves the site
• Google Analytics measures site usage, but only if you consent to analytics cookies

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

6. Where your data is held

Enquiry correspondence is held in our email systems. Google Analytics data may be processed outside the UK. Where a provider stores or processes data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, unless it relates to a contract, in which case we keep it for as long as we are required to for legal and accounting purposes. Google Analytics retains user level data for 14 months, after which only aggregated reporting remains.

8. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• Ask us to delete your data
• Ask us to restrict or object to how we use it
• Ask us to transfer it to another provider
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

To exercise any of these, email hello@damgeo.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority. If you are in the Republic of Ireland you can contact the Data Protection Commission.

9. Security

DAMGEO LTD is Cyber Essentials approved. This website is served over HTTPS, and we apply access controls and monitoring appropriate to the information we hold.
